We need to pay him what we were paying Grubb to have a chance, if not more.
Grubb was a top 3 coordinator in CFB for pay at 2 million if I recall correctly.
UW should seriously grow some balls and pay him 3 million since it comes with Bill.
The biggest threat I see is an NFL team scooping him up as DC.

Probably getting paid by whichever NFL team hires his dad. If the NFL doesn't come calling I could see UW stepping up though.
