The OKG philosophy is what will allow Petersen to get the most out of the 2* and 3* guys that fill out classes. Sure, the first few classes may not have as many 4* guys at the top but the classes will be well balanced because the bottom half guys will be guys that Petersen knows are talented enough and have the character to be successful. Under Sark and past regimes those are the guys that drop off, transfer, or flat out suck.
Examples from the first class already include Will Dissly, Sidney Jones and Dante Pettis. Dissly and Pettis did not get any p12 offers while Jones only got a few. These guys come from a class that Petersen had less than two months to work on. With a full class he will find a handful of lower tier guys that can be good players. -
