Badly outdated infrastructure costs money. They should have finished Interstate 11 between Phoenix and Vegas 10 years ago. They've built maybe 25 miles. Airports are way behind. Bridges fall down.
Taxing backstabbers with 325 foot yachts who gauge taxpayers for sports ball arenas and anything else they can a bit more beats printing and borrowing from China some more.

Your assuming that the government is interested in building road and bridges and airports. All encouraging auto or air travel. The backstabbers already pay way beyond their fair share. More tax revenue is just more gasoline. Dems will use any additional revenue to bail out state employee pensions before any actual transportation infrastructure that works is built. Look at Cali, they tax the sh*t out of everything and how is education, crime, homelessness and needed infrastructure going?
