In what world does it make better sense to take care of people who have been here illegally for like 5 minutes, than people who have been here their entire lives? We have homeless crisis, veteran mental health crisis, and a huge urban education crisis, but we should spend all our money on people who just jumped the border??? What focus group actually thinks this is a good idea?

Then the next steal, then the next prosecutions for challenging the latest steal, then even more demoralization until a tipping point in 10 years or so.
We’re about that far behind Venezuela now that the Democrats have stopped pretending to be anything other than a blend of about three brands of authoritarianism. Maduro stole that election, there is major unrest, yet our Marxist media doesn’t cover it.
