Where Mora was stupid in blaming a missed 50 yard field goal, Leach has a point about being pissed over a missed 19 yard field goal. I think Leach needs to realize that the curse is strong at WSU, and he needs to be able to pick his poison. Sven made a point Saturday that Halliday should have thrown one more pass. I think the entire world knows, that that would have been the one interception all night. Leach needs to understand that know matter he does, you can't take the Coug out of Cougars, and he will always be part of the problem regardless, and that goes for any coach that takes that job. No matter who coaches that team, they are destined to fail.

I think Leach was set on eventually going 8-4/8-5 one year, getting an offer from a better school and getting the fuck out of Pullman, but he grossly underestimated the power of cooging it.

Mike Price isn't coming back to WSU, so this is the best they'll get. I can't wait until Riley finally gets fed up and retires, and OSU gets back to their 3-wins-a-season status quo. -
Leach is a bullshitter. He's almost as a much a flimflam guy as Sark, just with a different schtick. Sportswriters love him because Leach will ramble on about the intersection of Palouse geography and Nez Perce gender roles, thus providing a ton of cheap copy. Nice bit of window dressing there by Leach. While their ST has been bad last couple games, Idaho native Russell took a paycut to come to WSU from Tenn in 2012. Rejoin Leach from the Tex Tech days, where he was fairly solid
