The point was to show how Trump is not Hitler, but he and his MAGA movement utilize fascistic ideology and strategies daily.
At what point does, despite "not being a fascist", but continuing to embrace and use fascistic strategies, rhetoric, etc, make you a fascist? There has to be a line somewhere. Argue about that line all you want but I don't really care.
What's the quote, something like "If you have 10 people and one Nazi at a dinner table willingly eating together, you have 11 Nazis."
He's an absolute con man at best, using quid pro quo from the jump. An installed puppet for his handlers in a 10 year grift of his followers using classic fascistic strategies, which I listed about 20 of. If you want me to provide examples of every single one of those strategies, I might, but I was hoping you would be like "Oh yeah okay, I can see that. I remember that."

Bernie was, like many politicians, too hard-headed, leaning in to the "democratic socialist", "social democrat" shit too much, railing on and on about the 1%. He was right, but he made himself a pariah. He was a New Deal FDR Democrat. He should have ran with that the entire time. Remember, the highest corporate tax rate in this country was under Dwight E. 50%+. It's slowly dropped since. We wonder why the 50s-70s were the boom times, the baby boom times, for the working and middle class, with affordable college. Gee, I wonder. Trickle down is bullshit. Corporate taxation is legit. For normal people.
People forget how "socialist" this country really has been, economically. People forget our military, GI bill, medicare, social security, labor unions, etc. Many things Americans take for granted now are wholly socialist whether they know it or not.
The second Bernie said "social" he was done. You don't mention the word "social" in this country. That's been the case since WWI, Eugene Debs, the Red Scare, the Cold War, etc. It's planted in the American brainframe as a boogeyman and it's unfortunate. -

So let me get this straight. Trump's grift was to go from being a multi-billionaire, with no real stress and married to a supermodel, to losing billions, getting arrested numerous times, getting shot, and losing well over half of his friends in Hollywood.
