  Maxwell Yearick Appears to be the shooter. Arrested in 2016 at Trump PA Rally. Recently returned from his Tour of Duty in the Ukraine Army

  Appears he got the gauge holes stitched up sometime between 2016 (arrest at Trump rally) and today.
