You’re melting down about TBS in June. For a first year coach that hasn’t even coached a game yet.
Football is about winning. Maybe wait and see if Fisch can win any football games in 2024 before worrying about how many stars some kid has that won’t be relevant to actually winning football games for years anyway.
so you clearly don’t read my rants and raves because I have mentioned winning on multiple instances. This is a 7-8 win team, 10 wins and he fucks, and beats actual football caring schools for croots in ‘26.
cupboards are mostly bare (3, maybe 4 position groups have potential)
No instant impact.
Missed on transfers.
Learning the hard way going against big boys.
Winning fixes everything, I know.
I’m a broken record here.
All I’m feeling from a lot of you is that my expectations are too high and that’s disappointing. So, I guess I have lofty unrealistic expectations.
You are preaching to the wrong choir fucko, just for that I grant you 12 FO's on your last poast. I hate to do it, I really do...If you can't handle a warm June day, it's going to make August unbearable.
@dirtysouwfdawg I think this is approximately right but I would ascribe different reasons as to why we're in the state that we're in than you would. I don't think I've seen anything yet that makes me think Fisch is "missing" on guys but he's also not knocking it out of the park either. This class so far feels solid but lacks instant-impact players like you're saying.
I'm waiting for a player or two that we sign that tells me "we outbid everyone to get him" and gives me faith in our NIL program. If our NIL program is has it's shit together then we'll sign some players that will make an impact in year 1-2 on campus.
7-8 wins this season tells me Fisch is competent. Above 8 gets me pretty excited given the state of the roster when he took over.

Fisch is recruiting in state kids
Awesome
Fisch got more instate kids in one weekend than DeBoer in 2 years
IWILTD.
Based off the crystal balls, the other commits should be:
CB LaRue Zamorano
WR Chris Lawson
WR Deji Ajose
DL Dominic Macon
S Rylon Dillard-Allen
TE Vander Ploog
That would put UW at 19. Have we ever seen a recruiting class this complete before entering July?
Rylon could be dope on name alone.

ok let’s see if he can coach then eh?
I mean I get it it’s boring as hell to follow football in summer and your life sucks but like go outside or something.
When he commits, I'll Ploog in my pants

Maybe the school matters
There will be at least 20 comments on doogman about him being a high school wrestler
