Well my only tip if you’re driving there is over in Wilmington is the greatest Costco on the planet. Ok, maybe not, I don’t know each state’s liquor laws, but what I DO know is the Wilmington Costco has the full selection of Costco liquor and better priced name brand liquor, and that liquor is tax free in Delaware.
