DEI and the University of Washington
I’m sure this prof is tenured. He’s going to need it.
Incidently, my buddy sat through his classes 20yrs ago … raves about him.

I get calls wanting money for Oregon. I just laugh and tell them to call me when they dismantle their Bias Response Teams. Confuses the commie kids they pay to make the fund raising calls. "What Bias Response Teams?"

The guys on the football board don't want to hear it but I can see how this could effect a coach and or AD

The irony is that athletic programs at public universities (and private) are the biggest examples of meritocracy and equality in the university system. Perform or no scholarship or no job.

In my first quarter at UW I took Geography 101. Figured we'd be looking at maps, terrain, etc. and might be interesting. Turns out it was basically a sociology class. Wrote what I thought was a pretty good term paper and ended up with a 2.1 grade for the quarter.

It's a cliche but also true
Equity would require teams to be majority white

I too took Rock for Jocks.

Rocks for Jocks was Geology 101.

How am I expected to read correctly while racing down the 5 snorting blow of a hooker's ass.

Oh I'll hear it, but so far all that's ever been said about DeBoer was that on a trip to rural Washington for an in-home, he assumed the recruit's dad was conservative and mentioned that he was glad to be 'out of liberal Seattle for the time being' or something to that effect.

As much as this needs to be said, and I very much salute the guy, the other thing is that he is very low risk person to do it. If he's been a prof since the late-70's, he's almost out.
Kick the hornets nest and LEAVE!
