We all knew this would happen. That idiot biden, his handlers and the rat little people followers, lied their asses off. This is 3rd world dictator shit.

Compare these real-world outcomes with the assurances of the IRS, given less than two years ago.
Empty assurances: "These resources are absolutely not about increasing audit scrutiny on small businesses or middle-income Americans. As we've been planning, our investment of these enforcement resources is designed around the Department of the Treasury's directive that audit rates will not rise relative to recent years for households making under $400,000," wrote IRS commissioner Charles Rettig in an August 2022 letter to concerned senators.
Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen was a bit sassier. "Contrary to the misinformation from opponents of this legislation, small business or households earning $400,000 per year or less will not see an increase in the chances that they are audited," she wrote in a letter to Rettig.

Democrats in these situations believe this bullshit. I hope they are the first with liens placed on properties because they do their own taxes, but really, unless you’re not filing at all, you should be able to be trusted by the government you’re paying for to leave you alone and not pry to find a crime.
They were never going after their largest donors. The middle class and small businesses are the biggest threat to any authoritarian government like Biden’s. COVID shutdowns and which businesses were closed are an obvious example of how Democrats view all but government workers, welfare recipients, and global corporations that donate massively to the UniParty. Add in mostly unskilled illegal aliens now too and the Social Security numbers that are given to them. Modern day slavery along with human (and child) trafficking and Dems are enthusiastic about it now that their lying denials of it not happening have been exposed.

It's hard to figure out how any journalist or college educated person would run with this. Unless we can compare this to the percentage of new audits on various income categories in prior years, which is not offered, this is pretty fucking meaningless.
