I don't really care if Jim is a "good guy." The only public facing persona he puts out there is one of a cranky misanthrope who doesn't actually do anything besides troll the local university fanbase. It's a wonder he's been employed at all.
Having 3 cuogs on the flagship station of UW athletics just doesn't make sense unless they can put their personal fandom aside. Furness mostly can, Puckett absolutely cannot and Moore in his age probably doesn't give a fuck at this point either, so those two were just redundant. That being said you see former people on Twitter shit on iHeartRadio all the time. Seems like a terrible place to work unless you're Softy and have the doog army supporting you.
Coming out of college when I was briefly entertaining actually getting into sports journalism he let me do a full day job shadow with him and was a great guy and got the impression some of the Husky hate was schtick. Ahead of his time though in being a sports media person who is just a homer for one school. Better than a lot of what we consider sports media guys know who butt sniff programs because they get money or free shit or their sports communication guy is a pal.
I'm pretty certain he had husky hoops season tickets for a couple of seasons. I believe it was mostly so his kids could watch higher(?) level basketball but I remember seeing him consistently for a couple of seasons at least. The Monday post Sugar Bowl show for Puck and Jim was pure Husky comedy though as they bemoaned that they would have to talk about the upcoming natty game.
For Moore, Furness or any Cuog to think Chun should have "just said no" to an opportunity like this is hypocritical. Every one of them would jump at similar opportunities. And for Furness to think "this isn't business, this is different," is retarded.
I had a rough go at it with jobs for a little bit. Also during that time I slept with my employees and was a functioning (kind of) alcoholic and drunk addict.

I know getting fired or laid off happens a lot in the media but I think Jim must be a world record holder for how many times it’s happened to him.
Take this effects of Bidenomics thread to the Tug

His comment did remind me of my drive between Madras and Redmond en route to White Wakanda last August

Dirt road added for dramatic effect.
He should have/could have built a WSU cult following around a podcast years ago as a side hustle.

Jim Moore was in Corvallis to watch UW have their first losing season in a couple decades in 03 when WSU was playing for a Rose Bowl
Fredericks went off and Gilby won. Pretty funny talking to Jim after the game
If only he had been busted in a rub ‘n tug sting…🤔🤔
Can't wait for the Moore tweet re: Chun.

I’m just saying.
