When a rep contacts you or your agent and gauges your interest, in which you don’t give any. Why would they offer you?
it doesn’t mean Alabama didn’t have initial interest. It’s pretty common place that you actually need to go through an interview process and some form of negotiation before an actual offer is proposed. -
