We just got our Chins history back
Vanilla IT is looking to tweak the Rich2 format in regards to Twitter embeds. They will get back to me either by close of day today or early next week to give an update.

Our office changed the invoice approval process with no input and everyone hated it and it didn't solve the problem. Anyone can have a process - you need personnel to implement the process - Jerry Seinfeld
