The minute we got Fisch and he brought Coach J.Rich I was hoping to land EP. To me if you're going to pay some NIL funds prioritize a kid with 2 seasons or more eligibility. Husky fans need to realize ….Jabbar was good but he wasn't Kyler Gordon and Trent McDuffie good.
I mean a guy isn't as good as a guy who arguably could be the best CB in program history and who is first-team All-Pro and a second round pick and NFL starter isn't a fair bar. I can at least now bitch at him giving up plays that could have lost the first Oregon game, ASU, the Apple Cup (like 10 times) and the Texas game.
Worthy was hurt. Don't remember him matching up against Mitchell yet. I do remember him giving up the biggest play of the game for Texas to their #3 WR. Michigan doesn't throw to their receivers much.
I'm not saying he's not a loss and a good college CB but I'm certainly gonna shit on him now for when he struggled. he was best against Oregon State in a monsoon with DJU and their parade of 5'6 155lb WRs.
To be clear, Xavier Worthy is probably the most overrated player in all of CFB. Dude couldn’t even do anything against UW’s atrocious 2022 secondary. He sucks.

that’s good because he’s dead to us?
I fill my loadsock for Prysock!
He’s definitely no McDuffie. That kid was a stud from day one. Gordon had some growing pains and definitely took more time to develop.
Ephesians > Muhammad
…and we know this
btw the DB room is seriously filled with talent:
Prysock, Elijah, Caleb, Curley, Leroy, Davon, Dunn and KamFab.
That could be an elite group.
Weird how few DBs portaled compared to other positions.
Although I already forget the name of our last DB coach so maybe that's why.

Lots of revisionist history going on here. Jabbar was really fucking good and was playing in a less DB-friendly scheme.
He made tons of plays and held it down against some tough WR1 matchups. We will miss him.
Myles Bryant was good too, but that didn't stop teams from taking advantage of his size.
Muhammad's best game was against a team with smaller receivers.
Psycock is not better than Jabaar. Let's not bullshit ourselves
Looked fine to me against Worthy and Mitchell, and played well against Michigan too.

Was Jabbar any different than Myles Bryant? Or even as good?
Pause for a Big Sniff
Like we say, no.

Dropped pass had a legendary game against him in the Alamo
