Can anyone give me a quick primer to save me from having to go to doogle on how MF operates? Is there board? A CEO? Who is deciding how much to offer which players?

I heard something interesting from a calling to Softy:

If we donate to Tyee, a certain amount is tax deductible.
If we (or our company) donate to players for ‘marketing’ purposes, it can all be written off.

If this is truly the case, they need to link those 2 together somehow.

We also need our commie president to lobby Olympia to streamline state law around this. Read something that state law is preventing the athletic department to be directly involved in the money (or something to that effect).
