  Never actually thought about Petersen being involved in the UW athletic department as an advisor. Is he "allowed" to talk to Deboer and co. regarding how to play against his past assistants? (Kwiat & Choat) Not that I believe they need the help...

  Petersen admitted that he couldn't keep it going. He was probably going to 7-8 win it up for decades otherwise.
  
  But still he should have told the AD that Jimmy was an egomaniac asshole that was only fit to be employed in the NFL.

  He said the money for coaching isn't worth it, but Pete had a well-documented burn-out problem

  I heard that he was very surprised at Lake's change. Some people go loony once they get the keys to the kingdom (and a boatload of guaranteed money).
