    Didn't know Bandes was moving on. Like retiring? Didn't seem like he really played in the P12CG though which might make sense.
    I think Bandes leaving a season on the table kinda encapsulates why he never took the next step from rotational player to starter. Just didn't have the want-to to be great. He was one of the highest ranked DT recruits UW signed in the CP era.
    Bandes might be the least talked about complete bust in awhile. He was a borderline 5 star and did basically nothing without major injuries.

    Helped that Huard and Smalls were much more high-profile busts.
