I think Bandes leaving a season on the table kinda encapsulates why he never took the next step from rotational player to starter. Just didn't have the want-to to be great. He was one of the highest ranked DT recruits UW signed in the CP era.WoolleyDoog said:

Ended up being next to his family at the Cal game in 2022. Really fun group. I was approaching the levels of drunk I was on the post-game P12CG pod by the end of that game. He ended up getting good reps this year in the rotation. Appreciate his contribution to the program.theknowledge said:

Bandes might be the least talked about complete bust in awhile. He was a borderline 5 star and did basically nothing without major injuries.theknowledge said:
