Greyhound has routes to New Orleans.
You'll have to transfer five times and it will take several days, but you'll get there!

I’ll be passing through Tuscy, Starkville, and Oxford on the way to night one in Memphis. From there I’ll work my way south via the Mississippi delta through Vicksburg and Natchez on to New Orleans.CFetters_Nacho_Lover said:

Airfare (had miles), rental car, and 5 nights in hotels = under $1,000. The biggest expense will be the ticket to the game. -
