1 UW 2 Mich 3 FSU 4 Texas (UW better SOR/resume)I've been wrong all season (it's just a few off months, what's the big deal?), and feel no need to change now.
-
1 Mich 2 UW 3 Texas 4 Bama (Toss FSU to the curb for looking like the Ass Clown Conference that they are)I want to go on record as saying I think the committee is grossly incompetent
-
1 Mich 2 UW 3 FSU 4 Texas (count losses, break ties)I could see them dropping FSU to 4 and inserting Texas at 3.

Likely my first time agreeing with himGrundleStiltzkin said: -
Incomplete poll - I think it'll be 1 Michigan, 2 UW, 3 Texas, 4 FSU

Booger McFarland was atrocious as an in game announcer but I like him as a studio analyst.
He makes a great here for FSU and Texas over Bama. -

I think so tooGreenRiverGatorz said:Incomplete poll - I think it'll be 1 Michigan, 2 UW, 3 Texas, 4 FSU

Yeah, ran out of space, I thought about that one but personally view unlikely. I could talk myself into it though.GreenRiverGatorz said:Incomplete poll - I think it'll be 1 Michigan, 2 UW, 3 Texas, 4 FSU

1 Mich 2 UW 3 FSU 4 Bama (Texas punished for not being SEC yet)shoulkd be the first option but i dont see them leaving out bama

I just watched that and he is 100% correct. If the SEC wanted to get a team in they shouldn't have lost a game to Texas or blown the CCG. FSU won in the real world, not via some random BS computer model that ranks Texas A&M ahead of UW.CFetters_Nacho_Lover said:http://www.espn.com/video/clip/_/id/39030306

This will also ensure that no SEC team plays another big OOC game for a long time, especially with the playoff field expanding to 12. Early season OOC matchups are probably going to die. -
1 Mich 2 UW 3 FSU 4 Texas (count losses, break ties)
My only problem with that order is placing a 1-loss Texas ahead of FSU opens the door wide open to SEC whiners who would say their 1-loss team should also be ahead of FSU.GreenRiverGatorz said:Incomplete poll - I think it'll be 1 Michigan, 2 UW, 3 Texas, 4 FSU

1 UW 2 Mich 3 BAMA 4 FSUI don't think they will do it, but tossing FSU out has downstream ramifications since it would send FSU to the Orange and the ACC would lose a NY6 spot, with Ole Miss I think replacing Louisville. Probably better ESPN ratings for controversial undefeated FSU in the Orange against Georgia and Ole Miss playing somewhere than Louisville getting slaughtered by Georgia. Costs the ACC millions to benefit the SEC, pisses of FSU and hastens the exit of ACC teams for the power 2. More money for ESPN.

Agreed. These people are the architects of lovely blowouts such as the 2013 Bama-Notre Dame and the 2015 Ohio State-Oregon games.Mad_Son said:I want to go on record as saying I think the committee is grossly incompetent

1 Mich 2 UW 3 FSU 4 Texas (count losses, break ties)If they announce Texas as #3 it is a stone cold lock that Alabama will be #4.
-
1 Mich 2 UW 3 FSU 4 Texas (count losses, break ties)Despite Bama beating the #1 team, Texas has done nothing to lose their spot. As much as it pains me, my Tide deserve to be #5 even if they would win a rematch.
-
Yeah you very well could be right, but I'm predicting that the committee let's FSU in based on resume (deservedly so), but still recognizes them as the weakest team of the four. So they'll reward Michigan accordingly by giving them the weakest team that also has to travel the furthest.BleachedAnusDawg said:

1 Mich 2 UW 3 BAMA 4 FSU (Bama eye test and resume)We’re getting fucked. We play Bama in a road game. I’ve been saying this since then end of the SEC championship game. Bama should be left out, but won’t be

1 Mich 2 UW 3 FSU 4 Texas (count losses, break ties)FSU surprisingly high in the advanced metrics even now, committee can’t figure out how to justify putting Alabama above Texas given the head to head
-
They had their opportunity to drop FSU from the rankings last week and since they didn't do that they're probably stuck so I bet you they keep them at 4 and bring Texas in that three and we get the number one spot. However it's Michigan so they'll probably just jerk off onto the computer screen and make the selection. If they put UW to one where we belong then I may have some respect but after having hwsnbn on the committee, I won't expect much.Doogles said:I could see them dropping FSU to 4 and inserting Texas at 3.
