Sagarin's PAC12 rankings has the ducks well above the UW
and UW a one point favorite over SC this weekend
-
Might as well not even play the games then.LebamDawg said:Sagarin's PAC12 rankings has the ducks well above the UW

To be fair, the 27k rabid trooj fans are going to be as challenging as the elevation. Thanks @EsophagealFeces for the science.LebamDawg said:Sagarin's PAC12 rankings has the ducks well above the UW

Was this sarcasm? Stanford beat Colorado in Boulder. ASU easily beat WSU. Momentum certainly points to both of those teams closing stronger than Colorado and WSU. I think ASU is going to get better each week. Hopefully they beat Oregon in November.flatus said:

Brando and Tillman thought ASU was ready to compete for championships.WoolleyDoog said:

I really believe ASU will close strong but the problem is their schedule is really really really hard. They could improve to being a middle of teh conference team and still lose out.TheHB said:

I wouldn't want to play ASU in the desert this November
From 7 points off 4 turnovers to 38 points on WSU is quite a bounce
I think their D is legit if not quite as great as UW made it look.
Trap game for the ducks -
Their offense is trash and Oregon is built to beat that defense.RaceBannon said:I wouldn't want to play ASU in the desert this November

I agree. Believe it or not, that game scares me most. I think OSU will be the same for you guys. OSU can run the ball on you, and by doing that, they can shorten the game big time. Which can cause a big problem if UW has a couple three and outs.RaceBannon said:I wouldn't want to play ASU in the desert this November

Let’s be honest…if Penix isn’t high on opiates and he’s his normal self, UW rolls in that game.RaceBannon said:

Good thing UW dominated Oregon from start to finish. With them having not beat anyone it would be really embarrassing if we played them close.
-
I saw a former Duck player post something funny on Twitter when ASU was beating UW along the lines of "You don't get it, ASU just lives for ruining seasons in the middle of the night. This should't be surprising," and had to laugh.greenblood said:

I worry most about Oregon State. I think Oregon whoops ASU. Both these staffs know each other and it will exacerbate the talent differential. Oregon probably knows more about ASU than vice versa.WoolleyDoog said:

Exactly like last year when UW beat a worse Beav by a field goal. At home.greenblood said:

It started with the Bernard fumble on the 4. Gonna be tough to keep up the winning ways if Dawgs keeping getting plungered in the TO battle.
-
I’m thinking UW is overdue for a regression to the mean. Not having a single fumble recovery in eight games is a bit odd.RTD said:It started with the Bernard fumble on the 4. Gonna be tough to keep up the winning ways if Dawgs keeping getting plungered in the TO battle.

With a healthy Penix the dawgs are going to be hornier than a 30 year old after 10 years in prison
And USC is getting fucked
Utah hung 30 plus on them. Cal got 49
The question is the Huskies D not O -
UW rather easily, say 50-49?GrundleStiltzkin said:

We've? had our share of ASU problems, esp in Tempe. I'm not looking forward to that game. I think a lot of us? have circled it as the most dangerous left on the schedule.RaceBannon said:I wouldn't want to play ASU in the desert this November

Tap the breaks there @bisonduck . Need to wait for injury reports going into that weekend before drawing any conclusions.bisonduck said:

No it's just classic that the two teams that gave UW problems are obviously much better than everyone thought.WoolleyDoog said:

I suppose Utah will have recovered miraculously if/when they give UW a game in a couple of weeks? Because now they suck after getting plungered in SLC by Oregon....

I was really confident playing Utah. I am really confident against ASU. Oregon St worries me the most.flatus said:
