Problem with the 2A is that you need 5 Supreme Court justices to enforce it. We currently have three that will rule that the 2A doesn't apply to individuals. Have two conservative judges die or retire and the 2A is over unless republicans have either the Presidency or the Senate or both. Or the dems go to plan B and just expand the court to 15 or whatever it takes and they will rule that the 2A is over. Then the attempted gun confiscations will start. Team dazzler looks at the Constitution as an impediment to be replaced with raw legislative or administrative power.DerekJohnson said:
