  A buggered up Cam Rising is holding the Utes offense back, but defense wins championships, and Utah's is pretty damned good, arguably the best in the PAC.

  Yeah I think that too but this is the first time I've watched them so I was holding back on bold pronouncements.
  
  Rising can make some maddening plays and keep the chains moving. That's their offense.

  I’ve never been sold on Rising but I’d hate to see what UW would look like without Penix. I know they’d look a lot more ordinary.
