But DeBoer is very underpaid. He needs a raise fast.

Kinda sucks that we don't have an AD right now to get it done.

    Is it just about paying DeBoer at the going rate for an elite-level coach in the B1G/SEC?

    Is upper campus gonna provide relief on stadium debt so money from boosters can be funneled into acquiring talent?

    Even CKD making $10M per year doesn't address the current the recruiting shortcomings, which will have to upgraded by a much stronger NIL program and/or staff changes for UW to win its share of games against the top tier of the Big Ten.

    Truth. Rumors are that she? was a major driver of the meeting that didn’t happen today. The goal was to provide some $help$ with expenses for the schools that are making the Trans-ition to a new Conference.
