I was n SLO and Paso Robles this past weekend and Carmel and Monterrey two weeks before that. Life is still pretty damn good in those areas. After I retire I'm most likely out but we're still debating where that might be. Hard to beat some place that I never need to run the A/C and only need to heat 3 to 4 months out of the year.
