Sad realization for cuogs complaining about UW

All the cuogs complaining and whining that UW destroyed the Pac-12 and is the reason Wazzu is losing status as a "power conference" team must also admit that the only reason why Wazzu was considered a "power" team was because they were associated with UW. That because we left, that they are no longer a P5 team.
Without UW, the rest of the country and Wazzu are finally seeing Wazzu for what they really are: a MWC team with an all-time losing record.

I feel like USC made a concerted effort to bury their primary west coast rivals, UW and Oregon. Maybe it's just doogish butthurtedness similar to cuog right now. Doesn't feel that way though. Times change. The Apple cup will never be the same. And besides the Mike Price era, the Cougs stopped being an actual rival in the 80’s. Win 1 out of 7. 2-3 competitive games and the rest a glorified practice.
I only feel sad because the relationship has forever changed. Even if the PAC stays together, if your football engine is Cal and Wazzu…..it’s not a level 1 conference. -
