  Culp has been targeted a lot over the years … just not very productively. BT mentioned an issue with drops which I noticed too, but I mostly think his speed, route running, and ability to defeat a defender just aren’t elite.

  One of many poor assessments that, like all the others, attempts to diminish the athletic talent at UW (like the repeated "low 4* comments). Speed and getting open have never been a problem for Culp. He sucked at catching the ball for so long they're just reluctant to throw him the ball.
