Maybe woosh but Ive been catching up on some podcasts of spring practice and pre transfer the coaches kept mentioning Smalls as a guy that would be in the 2 deep (ish). There wasn't any language sounding like he was going to be useless this year so I unfortunately believe this was Smalls wanting to be a starter somewhere.NeGgaPlEaSe said:Sounds like UW told him to move on

Agreed. I'd be concerned if he was expected to start or significantly contribute but given that we need bodies for backups, I'll take the longshot upside potential in a new situation over the guys we had on the roster last year.RaceBannon said:

From those 5 plays, he does play slower than Trice and ZTF (and now apparently Durfee). But then again, that's Kent State and his first game under the new staff. Should be looking at film against Texas
