DIMS are outside the norm, even further out than Europeans. That’s where the GOP needs to paint them and pound home the fact that they are the moderates along with the majority of Americans. -

At the same time that Americans oppose overturning Roe, majorities oppose abortion being generally legal in the second (55%) or third (71%) trimester, while they broadly favor it being legal in the first trimester.
Gallup poll. A healthy majority didn't want Roe overturned but a majority don't want it after the first trimester
