A bunch of Utah fans on this podcast were shitting on me for this, but if all you have is culture, then you're 2018 UW or 2022 Utah. Not amazing.
It's hard to get a good culture (ask Pete) but it's not enough. Staff still has to deliver the results and we need to absolutely plunger teams like DillingDevils and then Beat SC on the road. -
