I believe the elected officials in CA as a whole are sporting less than 80 IQ points and never thought of how they were going to pay for this. I know they are that stupid. You have San Fran doing their own thing and the state discussing doing more on top of that. CA is already bankrupt as it is, there is no way that they can afford to give every black voter in the state $1,000 let alone $5 million.
I do find it humorous that the greedy black activists continue to up the bar on the $ amount of reparations per family member of any slave from 160 years ago. I can't wait to see the moving trucks heading for California if this garbage passes.

When have the DIM ever been able to promise their followers and not deliver on that promise? I know someone who voted for Joey because he was going to erase their student debt.
