Wrecking his face on the landscape blocks was heartwarming. Wife and two kids left behind. They were in the car. -

But all the yelling and in-your-face attitude shit, even in the moment where you just saw a guy die, tends to be correlated with other mental/emotional issues. At least, in my experience. That's why instantly recognized it and commented on it.
Also, the video doesn't really show who ran first. If the drunk Oregon guy ran first, then the other guy is justified in sprinting after him and tackling him to the ground. However, it's possible that the drunk Oregon guy, who did appear to just be pacing around with a "my life is over" expression on his face, noticed the other guy start charging toward him first, which is why he suddenly stopped pacing and started to "run" (if you could call it that). In that case, the guy who chased him had absolutely no reason to do that, which would be further evidence of his hotheadedness and lack of emotional maturity.
But who knows. -
The video has the chaser saying "you're going to kill someone" or "you could kill someone" I don't think we actually know if he did kill someone.
