It's weird that even in D1 programs some players never get stronger or put on muscle mass
Cam Williams was one of those dudes. Same with Browning, who was weirdly a decent scrambler.
Browning needed to hit the weight room, fix his bum shoulder, and become a dollar store Tebow -
