Leading up to the big game at Autzen Stadium:
Washington is 6-
The game is at Autzen, not Pullman.Alexis said:Wazzu scored what, 40 points on these guys. Wazzu's offense is shitty screens and QB scrambles.
Oregon's DBs are almost as shit as ours (?)
One of Oregon's shit DBs is out for a half.
Weather is cold and decent for game time.
This is the worst D we've (?) played for 3 weeks.
UW needs to go for it on every 4th down, Never kick a FG, figure Oregon is going to score every tim, Get the gayme in the 50s and see what happens.
What is your road record vs. your home record?
You’ve played a total of 3 games on the road this far. Your record thus far? 1-2. -
Good job. Showing Troy Dye celebrating after the Oregon win at Husky Stadium in 2019. Dude played well over half a game with a busted thumb wrapped up into a club. Even had an interception.Canadawg said:Better recievers better pass rush better QB. Welcome to football in 2022 and a UW win
Oregon’s O-Line will open running lanes all night long.

Mark Helfrich is still waiting, dumbfuck.
Chip Kelly said nice things about Helfrich . . .
Where’s your take before the game? -
Can't wait to watch Troy Dye join Dillon Mitchell in the CFL. Go Eskimos/Elks!trublue said:

He threw 2 in the Cal game. A tipped ball in the redzone and a hailmary to end the 1st half.WoolleyDoog said:

-Christian Gonzalez, the CB they stole from Colorado is good and probably gonna go first round. I'm sure they put him on Odunze, which isn't good for UW.
-I agree they need to just go out there and roll the dice and see what happens. I think the now conservative Chipper has to regret kicking a bunch of FGs against them instead of forcing the action. -
Yeah, but how many of those pressures resulted in DTR and de Laura rolling out and getting first downs?Canadawg said: -

That'll be great when Nix waits for them to get upfield and then runs for 20 yards at will or drops it downfield.Canadawg said:Idk all im saying is Trice and Martin have an attitude and are ready to rumble

I am not a Beaver alum, nor a fan (except when they play Washington).
Tell me all again all about the greatness of Mark Helfrich as an OC.
BTW: Chip Kelly says nice things about just about everybody who worked for him. He’s classy that way. -
Oregon’s O-Line has given up 1 sack all season. Should be a great matchup between Oregon’s O-Line and the Huskies pass rush.Canadawg said:Idk all im saying is Trice and Martin have an attitude and are ready to rumble

UCLA beat “joke team” South Alabama at the Rose Bowl on a FG at the end of the game to win it the week before playing Washington. Perhaps, looking ahead.WoolleyDoog said:chuck said:I dont think 30 is really pushing it.
I dont think UW played scared at UCLA. They were just that much better.no_uh said:If UW plays scared at UCLA....
I don't think they were prepared for UCLA being actually kind of good and I think UCLA was super fresh after four weeks of playing joke teams. There were just down by 23 by the time they put it together.
Washington dooged over their home victory against Michigan St. (currently 3-5).
Nobody knew how good either team (Washington/UCLA) was because neither one had played a road game.
-
you forgot to mention whether they were also tanned and rested. those are key variables.Canadawg said:Idk all im saying is Trice and Martin have an attitude and are ready to rumble

You can’t expect to start a season against Kent State, Portland State, a GOOD MSU team at the time and Standford and then just waltz into a 1/3 filled Rose Bowl and win.WoolleyDoog said:chuck said:I dont think 30 is really pushing it.

To be fair, the Ducks wouldve lost that game tooMikeSeaver said:

Disagree. Oregon would have won 38-21 with a pick 6 from Addison. The game would have really turned on that 3rd and 15 PI call against UCLA mid second quarter and Oregon never looks back in front of 22,254 screaming Bruins.PostGameOrangeSlices said:

The Charbonnet fumble didn’t hurt on a drive right when UCLA looks to be getting back in the game but I’d rather be lucky than good. -
Disagree. The only time you played a good team on the road, you lost 49 to 3.MikeSeaver said:

If only we had some evidence on how an Oregon UCLA game might go in real life. Then we’d really know.PostGameOrangeSlices said:

Irrelevant. We average a weight of 232 across the line, and they are ready to dominate the line of scrimmagetrublue said:

I didn’t realize the cauldron of fire and hate that is the Rose Bowl provided a 16 point (generously) advantage.
Can you give me the real “Why even play the gaymes?” Pac12 standings then with all games adjusted for home v road games and who would have won where? Everyone on TV is using the actual records and results.
