Penix is the best passer in the conference, no doubt. He's also played into the 4th quarter of every game but Portland St, while Oregon is blowing teams out early. UW has to throw 50 times a game to beat Arizona and CAL.
In 5 of the Ducks 7 games they had more points at halftime than their opponent scored the entire game. -
