They were talking about the homeless epidemic in America.
Tate and his colleagues are living in Romania.
Tate said "Romania is the poorest country in Europe. How many homeless people do you see in the streets?"
"None."
"Why is that?"
Tate goes on to talk about how there's no American type of welfare or programs, and yet no homelessness. He goes on to talk about the strength of a family network and a spiritual base.
