There is nothing stopping tech money or any other entity from playing the NIL game, and why UW AD and above might poo poo it, obviously KD and his staff wouldn't.

Serious question, since it's not hard to get fans how would you go about doing it?

They lost a generation of fans when in 2007 they're walking through Red Square and see 3 giant posters of the football coach, men's bball coach, and women's bball coach and it's obvious they aren't hiring based on trying to win as much as possible; people aren't stupid. Then their senior year UW hires an SC coordinator that clearly just got to coast with better players. Most uninspired hire, even the women's studies crowd knew that.

Pete years got a bunch of fans. Some of them don't have the disposable income yet, maybe. Like I said there's age groups that have the money and spend a lot of cash because Rick won a northwest championship and trolled the fuck out of Oregon and Wazzu dumbshits.

From experience the tech people are doogs that are more into local nw rivalry games, especially Apple Cup for the ass grabbing. Definitely not into Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Portland State, Idaho, fucking Rutgers and Montana. Not into zero effort shit food and beverage.

So we lost years of fans of b/c of hiring of AA coaches.

Then we lost more fans b/c Sark was a uninspired hire but tripled the number of wins the guy he followed TW did.

Finally under Pete the fans didn't have disposable income to go to games, yet pricing on 2ndary markets for vast majority of those said games would be more or less in line with todays prices. I will say it again, lack of attendance has Nothing to do with the ticket prices.

And if the tech people only care about WSU/UO/Beavs games that's not changing and they don't give a shit about the fb program overall. They look at those games as a entertainment experience just like a concert or Hamilton play.
