How would you accomplish this? Well you'd have to attack local police departments around the country as racists. Then you turn your DOJ upon them. Then you demonize individual officers. Then you encourage widespread rioting in major cities. Then you install radical DA's to let those criminals go free. Then you get rid of cash bail. You've now demoralized police officers across the country and they quit. Then you "solve" the police shortage problem with a National Police force. Major cities across the country are short 100's of officers on average. It's coming.
