Another leak

Get ready this is where they finally get Trump.
Again.

I understood there was nothing to leak.
Pick a lane, PDX. -
Said who? Items were taken in the RAID and now the contents are being leaked before 3 pm. I guess Garland’s BS about the integrity of the DOJ was just that BS.HHusky said:I understood there was nothing to leak.

Carry on.
Stasi Stooge. -
Trump on Truth Social regarding the DOJ leak. "It was all declassified. They could have had it anytime they wanted without playing politics and breaking into Mar-a-Lago." And for the BidenBros, Mar-a-Lago has a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility). The idea that these declassified docs were sitting in some hall closet is laughable. But that's gonna be the narrative.

Obama has over 30 million pages under lock and key and has never been asked what they include.SFGbob said:
Just further evidence that we live in a two-tier justice system. One for the criminal Left and one for the accused Right. Prove me wrong.
Those records were their on June 19th when the FBI spent all day reviewing what was stored at Mar-a-Lago. But when you have a failure in the WH, the economy in a recession, inflation at all time highs and poll numbers in the toilet, this distraction makes perfect sense.
Banana Republic. -
Also provides further evidence that this really was nothing more than a pretext since they're doing this on behalf of retrieving Presidential records which is a total fucking joke.

No because nobody gave a fuck and Obama didn't have to deal with a weaponized Federal bureaucracy that was deadset on criminalizing and prosecuting the political opposition.MelloDawg said:

What if they did something illegal? Time will tell, of course. I don’t proclaim like others that “they’ve got him this time” or “he’s going to be charged for sure.”SFGbob said:

Yes, the NY Post covered it. Barry vacated the WH with 30 million pages and promised to digitize them. He has not yet. But NOC because First Black POTUS. Have you figured out what's going on here yet, Moron?MelloDawg said:

But Trump! -
There's zero precident for raiding someone's home in order to recover documents that are part of National Archive dispute. Sending 30 armed agents to a former President's home is fucking ridiculous but it's hardly shocking that you support it.MelloDawg said:

Most likely this was a plot by the republicans trying to get rid of trump
-
I think you had Republicans who were also supporting this but this is a Biden/Rat party special. They want to criminally indict Trump and this was a fishing expedition in support of that end.Pitchfork51 said:Most likely this was a plot by the republicans trying to get rid of trump

We need to see the Affidavit. The Warrant is exactly what I said it would be. What's in the affidavit that would support such a broad fucking search that includes every fucking record creatde during Trump's time in office. Describe fishing expedition for me without using exactly what's in the warrant. They were authorized to seize damn near anything they wanted.
-
The issue isn't if Trump did something illegal. The question is what crime is the FBI and DOJ investigating and what evidence supported a finding of probable cause and the the warrant was only for evidence that supported the alleged crime. It wasn't go tear the place apart and see what you can find.MelloDawg said:

Yeah, I'm sure the fact that an Epstein Judge was pressed into service in order to sign off on this steaming pile of garbage will have no impact on people who believe in conspiracy theories. This thing has been handled so fucking ham handedly I'm starting to think they want people to get pissed off as an excuse to crack down even harder.RaceBannon said:

How they fuck do you issue a warrant for every fucking document that was created during Trump's entire 4 years in office? -
They could have taken it all on June 19th. But that was just the prelim to setting up the RAID. An info gathering op.
-
Just don't call it a witch hunt or not a narrowly tailored warrant. That is a disparagement of the brave FBI and DOJ officials involved.SFGbob said:

Classic Russia Disinfo Campaign. Just what I'm hearing.

I never said it wasn’t ridiculous or that I support the force with which it was carried out. If it’s something as simple as a National Archives dispute, it seems excessive, sure. Apparently there’s connection to the Espionage Act? That seems relevant.SFGbob said:

I’ll reserve judgment on either side until there’s an actual charge or something better than a “leak” to WaPo, CNN, Fox, Tucker, Gateway Pundit, ZeroHedge, etc -
