If you look at Mora's overall coaching resume, nothing blows you away, especially the Falcon and Seahawk portion. When he was the Seahawk secondary coach, they were ranked really low in fact. I've had this discussion / argument a few times over the years. In fact a few of you lost it when I suggested Woodward actually negotiate with them and not throw him 9 million dollars a year.
He's done a nice job with UCLA. He's probably in the top 30% of power 5 conference coaches, maybe a little better than that. I'm a big believer in not reading too much into one game, but they have a long way to go if they want to even sniff the playoffs. I believe they have to play Texas in Austin too. -
