I think Bush knew all about the Saudis role in 9/11. I don't think he had prior knowledge of the attack and then just allowed it to happen.

Like with the Pakistani's, the Saudi government has radical Muslims in the government and intelligence and military. My apologies to @vadawg, who back in 2009 was telling me that Bush wasn't innocent and the Saudis were behind it. I argued back then.
