According to Kobe, single parenthood is a good thing and just another example of "Freedom" and progress.

As a society we really should be in position where people are ashamed to say that publicly. It should be seen as a personal failing.

Not until he blames all of the problems in public housing on white racism. He'll be officially black then.

    Depends

My dad left as I was about to enter high school because my older brother and sister were above child support age. So I was raised as a high schooler by a single mom

And I raised hell across the city

It's supposedly "cultural" to have as many baby mamas as possible over the last few decades. And it is a cycle that repeats.

The white trailer park and the black ghetto are similar in this regard by the way

The slobberer is a marxist and they and BLM want the destruction of the American nuclear family.

    https://instapundit.com/

YOU SAY YOU WANT A REVOLUTION II: Instapunditeers of a certain age will recall Kate Millett and her “Sexual Politics,” which was a kind of scripture for so-called “second-wave feminism” in the late 1960s and early 1970s.

But far fewer folks of any age know about Millet and her 11 women friends who met regularly in Greenwich Village to plot the downfall of the American family. Carrie Gress knows a great deal about them, including this chant with which the proper mood was set for each gathering:

“Why are we here today?” the chairwoman asked.

    “To make revolution,” they answered.

“What kind of revolution?” she replied.

    “The Cultural Revolution,” they chanted.

“And how do we make Cultural Revolution?” she demanded.

“By destroying the American family!” they answered.

“How do we destroy the family?” she came back.

“By destroying the American patriarch,” they cried exuberantly.

“And how do we destroy the American patriarch?” she probed.

    “By taking away his power!”

    “How do we do that?”

    “By destroying monogamy!” they shouted.

    “How can we destroy monogamy?”

“By promoting promiscuity, eroticism, prostitution, abortion, and homosexuality!” they resounded.
[Apparently hadn't recognized the tranny angle yet]

Gress emphasizes the Marxist roots of Millet’s dirty dozen and points to the incredible success they have had in revolutionizing American culture, media and politics. And isn’t it interesting how the Marxist dialectical analytical structure is so easily adaptable to any group with a gripe, real or imagined.

I would draw a distinction between someone who was married, had kids and then had their wife and or husband leave them and someone who was never married and had kids. Hell I'd even draw a distinction between the single mother who has one kid and the single mother who has multiple kids. And none of this has anything to do with skin color.

I have no scorn for Single Mothers as a stand-alone.

The old saying of its not what happens to you but how you react and where you go from there applies.
