This guy has been a violent criminal his entire adult life. There's no doubt he was also a violent teenager but those records are sealed. Arresting this piece of shit and putting him in jail for a long time would have saved society a lot of grief and made our communities safer and the quality of life better.

The mass killing that left six people dead and 12 wounded outside bars just blocks from California’s Capitol last weekend was a gunfight involving at least five shooters from rival gangs, Sacramento police said Wednesday.
Police said they identified at least five gunmen but there may have been more. Only two suspects — both brothers wounded by gunfire — have been arrested in connection with the shooting and, so far, only face firearms charges.
“We're still working through ... who the actual shooters are in the case,” Sgt. Zach Eaton said.
We can probably clear the guns of any wrongdoing -
They have identified two of the dead as active gang members they are still checking on some of the others. The entire narrative that Gavin and Joe were pushing was all bullshit. He mom and dad were very strict. Made sure he did his homework. Always at his parent teacher conferences. Never missed a little league game. Dad coached his pop Warner teams….. etc.SFGbob said:
