    Wrong one to make permanent

    Standard time is standard

    Leave it to the senate

No, I want more daylight, why do you want it dark at 330?
No matter what the clock says, you don’t get more daylight. HTH

If you aren't an astrophysicist, you have no right to say how much daylight we get. Hope this helps.

Awesome. In December it won’t get daylight until 9am. Good job. But hey, I guess I can do shit outside from 4 to 5 pm. So that’s cool.

I'd rather go to work in the dark then get off and it's already dark at 330
Where is it dark at 3:30. Anchorage?

Right now, in the dead of winter, many people commute to work and back home in the dark both ways. It sucks and is depressing. I imagine there are a lot of folks stuck in factories, service workers, etc who don't get much of a peek outside all day long. This will at least allow your evening commute to have some daylight.

Greater Idaho will be in the Mountain Time Zone. Spokane, Bend, Reno - all MDT. 10PM sunsets over the Columbia at the Battle of Vantage historic marker will be awesome.

The Seattle and Cali leftists do whatever the fuck you want.

Always thought it was odd it had to be an hour. Could have split the difference at 30 minutes. That way everyone is unhappy and can fuck off

Considering it's not dark at sunset, yeah, it is. Don't forget about weekends. We aren't all farmers anymore who need AM light as early as possible.

People turn on the electricity when they get home from work. DST gives solar an extra hour to work at peak electrical demand. Do it for the planet.

We aren’t dumping DST. We are dumping standard time.

Also, it wasn’t started for farmers. Check the facts.

People forget we tried this before. They forget that. I remember being in 2nd or 3rd grade and they were big safety concerns with kids going to school in the dark. They gave us reflective tape for our coats. People hated it. Nixon wanted to do to supposedly to save energy. It was FS

Whoa boy. Solar generates power stored in batteries. It makes no difference what time the sun sets.

everyone needs to think like a politician to figure out what is best for the little guy.

First - get rid of Mountain Time - doesn't affect that many people anyway

Second - now you have three time zones - get rid of the early and late one and go with Central time. and only Central time

Third - Screw Hawaii and Alaska - they are way behind anyway

Fourth - would not matter if it was CST or CDT everyone would be unhappy - typical Government move
