I had a (worthless) office admin at one of the company's in which I'm involved. Wouldn't take coaching/direction/training at all. Basic bookkeeping shit. Had to fly into the operation and try to figure out WTF the problem was. Gave her maybe 3 things she needed to do on a daily basis.
