She’s horrible. I can’t see any upside to her retaining her jobHFNY said:
I see her retiring in the next year or two. May depend on how Hopkins does the rest of the season and if he is (barely) able to stick around for 2022-2023.FireCohen said:

Is Darrin Chiaverini the back up? It’s not flashy but he’s a decent recruiter and will produce WRs. Could be way worse choices.

There’s been talk about him, but there’s also been talk about Scott from San Jose St.CH0Pwarlord said:Is Darrin Chiaverini the back up? It’s not flashy but he’s a decent recruiter and will produce WRs. Could be way worse choices.
So you know we? will end up with Scott. -
If we end up with Scott, can we refer to the WRs as Scott’s Tots?DoogerMcFarland said:

I think I'd rather have Scott than Chiaverini. https://sjsuspartans.com/sports/football/roster/coaches/eric-scott/697DoogerMcFarland said:

I still haven’t heard anything about Sheppard taking the ND job yet. Wtf?

Can we just scrap hiring a WR coach and flip it into the salary cap for WRs and buy the top 2-3 guys playing in the G5? Probably more efficient at this point.

Notre Dame is interviewing Bama's WR coach Holmon Wiggins sometime this week (maybe as early as today?). They had to wait until the season was over. Shephard is their second choice so they're going to see if Wiggins rejects them first.TrumpsWall said:I still haven’t heard anything about Sheppard taking the ND job yet. Wtf?

Yeah this is the same thing I've seen on various posts and tweets but it seems odd since some coaches involved in the playoffs already accepted new jobs -- why does Bama's WR coach need to wait until after the playoffs to even interview while Georgia's DC didn't have to wait in order to interview and accept. It isn't like Bama benefited by making their WR coach wait.DoogerMcFarland said:

Having his co-DC become a head coach at a desirable P-5 far away is a feather in Kirby’s cap. Saban losing a position coach he would like to keep to a lateral move isn’t. If the assistant isn’t hired then he’s also pissed off the dark lord. Or maybe he legitimately didn’t want the distraction, but for a coordinator or HC job the distraction is worth it.HairyBallsDawg said:
