But for real there's a nonzero chance he's pretty good and the previous staff was the problem. And that goes for most of the players at this point. Not dooging just saying we don't know -

Do they have a way to simulate practicing not hitting your OL in the back of the shoulder pads?
Better yet, to practice throwing with more than one trajectory? -
