Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Oregon, FSU and Penn State all have white OLB/DE coaches. They all in recent memory have out recruited UW. It’s a dumb argument. Coach up the players you have and sell the program to players you want. We’ll find out if these guys are good at it in a couple years. None of us knows shit at the moment. LIPObackthepack said:

Some people can’t handle the ups and downs of the pursuit of the off season natty. Sad really. Uw is not that hard of a school to win at. If DeBoer is hungry and his staff has a chip on their shoulder they can win. If not they will be gone in 3 years.

All you have to do is try. Emphasize recruiting, make it fun for the kids in the program and they will recruit for you too. Make sure your coordinators know their shit.
