Oregon got better today. A lot better.

You’re going to love Dan. It will be interesting to see who he fills his staff with. Knowing the competitive nature of Dan, I'm sure he negotiated a large assistant salary pool. If he gets Tosh Lupoi on staff, watch out. Tosh is one of the best recruiters I've ever dealt with. He's currently with Jacksonville.
He's an outstanding recruiter and phenomenal working with LB's. He trusts his guys and has an edge. Guys love playing for him.
Oregon didn't hit a home run with Dan. They hit a grand slam.

Grand slam or a moon shot?Purple_Pills said:I dealt with Dan a lot while he was at Georgia. First thing to know is he is incredibly bright. He learned a lot at Georgia. He's a bright, articulate, charming, engaging guy who is also competitive as hell. He's appeared to learn a ton from mentors Todd Graham, Nick Saban, and Kirby Smart.

How is this all possible when they allegedly had “the hardest working man in college football” as their previous HC?

You would think @Swaye, @RaceBannon or even @PurpleJ might own the all-time chincredible record for a single post. But alas, it belongs to Stalin. I think it was 94.GrundleStiltzkin said:Haven't seen a poast(hardy har har) break 30 chins in sometim. Kudos.
